How It Works

From application desk to final stage.

The MTPN flow is staged deliberately: registration, review, auditions, judge filtering, public voting, live activities, then a hybrid finale.

Phase 01

Apply and pay

  • Contestant submits profile details and video link.
  • Registration fee is ₦5,500 and final once paid.
  • Applicants must be 16 to 35 years old.

Phase 02

Admin review

  • Profile details, category fit, and submission quality are reviewed.
  • Applicants may be approved, rejected, or asked for correction.

Phase 03

Auditions and scoring

  • Approved contestants receive audition slots.
  • Judges score performances and decide qualifiers.

Phase 04

Public voting

  • Only judge-selected contestants enter public voting.
  • Votes are round-based and counted as valid votes, not raw attempts.

Phase 05

Camp and semi-final

  • Top contestants move into activities, content, and extra performance rounds.
  • More media, interviews, and fan momentum build toward the last stage.

Phase 06

Hybrid finale

  • Finalists perform live.
  • Default winner logic is hybrid unless MTPN changes it later.
